It's not like he can detect and communicate to other Jedi, or LUKE WOULD HAVE BEEN FOUND OUT ON TATOOINE. How does Darth Vader get help after the death star blows up, when by Obi Wans own admission no fighter that size could get that deep into space on it's own? Does Vader somehow use the force to push against the vacuum of space?! or does it just magically fill his gas tank for him and repair his fighter? One of many plot holes and illogical happenings. Why is it there in the first place?! How did it travel across the vacuum of space to stow away in the empires garbage?! How is it not destroyed in the garbage removal process? WHAT DOES IT EAT?! There's no way you'd actually invest fuel in transporting tons of garbage across space, and you certainly wouldn't crush and jettison debris out like space mines.Īnd don't get me started on that garbage monster. What is the point of a garbage room like that anyways? You more than likely wouldn't be crushing trash on a death star - you'd be burning it. Considering the prison cells are behind HERMETICALLY sealed blast doors, the SOLE purpose of that garbage chute is to stink up the prison block for Stormtroopers and dignitaries. NONE of the garbage in that garbage room would have fit in the openings on the garbage chute covering. To break the sultry Carrie Fisher out of prison and whisk her away to the millennium falcon and off into the sunset(or whatever you call it in space), they blow up a garbage chute to slide down during their escape. Hear me out, but Star Wars may have been terrible.
